The Lord's Prayer  

Jesus probably never intended the Lord's Prayer to be a set prayer; rather his intention was to give us an outline for prayer, a listing of God's spiritual priorities. When we really understand what is being said in the Lord's Prayer, we cannot stop at simply repeating the words, but find that it involves a commitment of our whole life.
